Rebtel Announces App for Android Tabs to Give Skype Some Competition

, the globes largest mobile VoIP firm after Skype, has brought out Rebtel 2.0 application program for Android tabs.

The new application program is offered free of charge beginning today on Google Play, and the application users can make a call to the other Rebtel Android app users without paying any cost over WiFi or 3G.

Rebtel already has pocketed an exciting app for Android, iPhone, personal computer as well as iPad.

Though it says to be second biggest VoIP firm, it has small or no attendance in the Indian market.

New traits of the Android tab application consist of optimized high-resolution graphics, which will assist users make the most of the superior tablet screen.

Rebtel also claims to offer up calling facility to cellular phone or landline numbers at around 98% cheaper rates than mobile operators.

The users can simply browse via native tablet address book, pick any contact along with a number and get talking.

Rebtel said that its call rates are around 60% lower than existing Skype outgoing rates.

Rebtel even permits low cost SMS to over 196 nations with an average cost savings of around 60% as compared to your regular carrier.
