Rebtel, the globes largest mobile VoIP firm after Skype, has brought out Rebtel 2.0 application program for Android tabs.

The new application program is offered free of charge beginning today on Google Play, and the application users can make a call to the other Rebtel Android app users without paying any cost over WiFi or 3G.

Rebtel already has pocketed an exciting app for Android, iPhone, personal computer as well as iPad.

Though it says to be second biggest VoIP firm, it has small or no attendance in the Indian market.
